Vaishali Chaudhary
Counselling and Sport Psychologist
“We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship.”
In my practice, I use a combination of relational psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and person-centered methods. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we can understand ourselves through the dynamics that play out between the psychologist and the client. My role, therefore, is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for self-exploration, guiding clients toward solutions that resonate deeply with their values and goals.
Therapy, to me, is not just about addressing immediate concerns but also about fostering self-awareness and long-term emotional growth. Whether you’re looking to heal unresolved wounds, navigate transitions, or simply understand yourself better, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity issues, and motivation. Each client’s path is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit their needs, ensuring that they feel empowered to navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and confidence.
