The skills that allow you to identify, accept, manage and direct your emotions are called emotion regulation skills. This workshop will help you develop and improve the skills necessary to fight with unhealthy negative emotions like depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, hurt, unhealthy jealousy and have a more stable state of mind.
