Parul Pushkarna

Counseling Psychologist

In witnessing multitudes of people with layers of pain, vulnerability and resilience in my three years of experience as a therapist, I view life as a tapestry of stories. Narratives we tell ourselves, those we absorb from others, and those we create through our own experiences. Many of these stories shape who we are; some help us thrive, while others may hold us back. Therapy, with me, is about understanding the stories that impact us most deeply and together, weaving new ones that allow us to move more freely and fully through life.

My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and able to explore whatever is on your mind. Our journey together is not to “fix” you but to support you in uncovering your strengths and building new perspectives. Rather than rushing toward change, we’ll move at a pace that honors your experiences and supports your strengths, allowing you to develop new perspectives and stories that better serve you.
