M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology

For me, the therapy space is a sanctuary—one where the person seeking therapy is received without judgment, especially when the world feels heavy and overwhelming. I see therapy as a place where we gently hold together the many parts of a human, honoring the beauty of their unique experiences and the subjectivity with which they view life. It is a space guided by ethics and respect, where solutions are not handed over but discovered together. It is not about creating reliance, but about empowering them to nurture resilience and presence in their own lives. At the heart of my work lies the therapeutic relationship—something I deeply value and trust for its grounding, intentional, and transformative power.

I have had the privilege of working with individuals across different stages of life, children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. This journey has allowed me to better appreciate the diversity of perspectives while also recognizing the universality in how people experience life, shared emotions, and relationships.

Outside of therapy, I find happiness in simple joys— delicious food, creativity through painting and sketching, and comfort in nurturing close bonds. I value the quiet and powerful act of being present and I carry this belief into my practice. If you are considering therapy, I invite you to take that gentle first step—you may discover it as a journey not of fixing, but of finding yourself in deeper, kinder ways.
